Accommodation at Eden Park consists of 3 guest houses that are totally separated.

The entire area of the Park is almost one hectare. It is turfed all over, and the vegetation harmonically fits both the rural surrounding and the flora of the floodplain spreading beyond the border of the parcel. There is a pond for bathing and fishing with a small pier at the lower part of the leveled ground, while there is a playground and a sandbox for the kids behind the house.

As parts of the service facilities you can find fish scaling equipment for fishermen, while there is an outdoor fireplace with a cauldron, a grill, and a huge masonry oven in the Gastro kitchen kiosk. You can eat outside using the outdoor furniture found on the terrace or the trunk furniture found in the small stone house which is airy in the summer, while can be wrapped around with canvas in the winter.

The three guest houses are called Bucó (Zingel), Paduc (Common nase) and Póc (European mudminnow) that are native species of fish in the river Drava. The houses are separated from each other and look the same, however, slightly differ inside in order to satisfy needs. Each guest house has a driveway on the side. Each house has 6 beds, but 2 extra beds can be provided if needed. Originally, there are 2 beds on the ground floor and 4 upstairs.

All three houses are two-storey guest houses with 50 m2 ground space and a terrace each. The first one, Bucó has a ground floor that is open and shared among the kitchen, the dining room and the living room (with one convertible couch bed for 2) and there is also a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (2 single beds in each room) and a bathroom.

Ground plan of Bucó House:

Both Paduc House (which is in the middle) and Póc House (the furthest back) have similar ground floors (with one convertible couch for 2), but the kitchen is detached. Upstairs the two bedrooms are shared (with 4 single beds), so they are recommended for families, friends or children.

The houses are fully equipped, so they suit long term stays too. The temperature needed is provided by shutters and fans in the summer, and by romantic wood-fueled fireplaces and additional electric heaters in the winter.

The houses are equipped only with high quality IKEA products.
